  1. add flax seed oil to your diet it worked for my brother
  2. In addition to the flax seed, add a half teaspoon of cinnamon on a bowl of oatmeal each day. Go with a primarily vegetable diet, plus whole grains, and some fish or chicken for the protein. The numbers will improve dramatically in just a month or two. Stick with the exercise, though.
  3. Oats Oatmeal Oat bread Cheerio's Eat all the oats you can eat. Oatie Oatie Oats, eat those oats. Ever heard the expression, "Healthy as a horse"? There's some truth to that in what they eat. OATS.
  4. It's simple. Just remover fatty oily food from your meals and do regular exercise like walking, jogging or Yoga. and also in market, lots of medicines available, BUT THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN BY ONE'S OWN RISK. One medicine is in my mind is that GUGGUL. It's herbal so no side effects and and safe. You can search on "GUGULIPID" on internet and just see the benifit of that nature's oldest known medicine. By the way...I m a Pharmacist and we have our own pharmaceutical company and we are making "gugulipid" extration. And Sir, FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION, GUGULIPID HAS BEEN APPROVED BY DRUG CONTROLLER OF INDIA IN 1986 FOR HEART DESEASE. Also Gugulipid has been used for arthritis, acne, rhematism, since 2000 years in ayurveda...but lots of clinical studies had been done so far and it's efficiency for lowering serum triglyceride and LDL level and rising HDL level benn proven clinically....so now its available in market...
