Is there any natural food that helps to reduce Triglyceride?

If not please advise medicine that has low reaction.

  2. You need to cut sugar out of your diet. No soda or sweets. Check what you are eating because there may be hidden sugar in processed foods. My husbands triglycerides were over 2400!! he was drinking soda every day ( about 6 cans) his levels are now normal and all he did was cut out the sugar.
  3. Eating low carb to get glucose numbers in line is a major part of controlling triglycerides and cholesterol numbers. Most of the time these come into compliance with tight glucose control.
  4. There are many foods that help reduce triglycerides. The most common one I know people eating is plain oatmeal. Oftentimes, if it is too plain, you can add cut pieces of fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, etc). The main point is to cut down on fats.
