Does Maltitol work as a substitute for sugar to reduce triglyceride cholesterol?
Public Comments
- yes...yes it does....next?
- it will make you gassy, though. maltitol can wreak havoc on your insides.
- no such thing as triglyceride cholesterol, they are two different lipids. using maltitol? that is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard of. using a man-made sugar alcohol to reduce cholesterol or serum triglycerides. fiber does the same thing and also reduces resting insulin levels and it's all natural and the body knows what to do with it unlike man-made chemicals.
