what is tirglycerides? how to control it?

MY TRIGLYCERIDE LEVEL WAS 410 WHEN I WAS TAKING PIZZAS NOW I HAVE STOPPED TAKING PIZZA, IT HAS REDUCED TO 205 IN 15 DAYS, ANY OTHER OPTION TO REDUCE IT STILL.

  1. Reduce all animal product intake, as fats are in the meat. Go veggie, for awhile.
  2. a little exercise, even if it is just walking around the block once a day will make a big difference. also, cook your foods in monounsaturated fats (olive, peanut, and canola oils) to reduce LDL levels. Heart experts recommend an ldl level below 100 mg/dl. hang in there, it will come down. :)
