what is tirglycerides? how to control it?
MY TRIGLYCERIDE LEVEL WAS 410 WHEN I WAS TAKING PIZZAS NOW I HAVE STOPPED TAKING PIZZA, IT HAS REDUCED TO 205 IN 15 DAYS, ANY OTHER OPTION TO REDUCE IT STILL.

- Reduce all animal product intake, as fats are in the meat. Go veggie, for awhile.
- a little exercise, even if it is just walking around the block once a day will make a big difference. also, cook your foods in monounsaturated fats (olive, peanut, and canola oils) to reduce LDL levels. Heart experts recommend an ldl level below 100 mg/dl. hang in there, it will come down. :)
