  1. No, judging by your labs, you are in good health cholesterol wise.
  2. Low triglycerides is good
  3. The 19 is unusually low. But the HDL at 60 with LDL 89 is incredibly good.
  4. No, it is not bad. It is a good thing. Your lab numbers are excellent.
  5. Triglycerides are a form of fat in the bloodstream. People with high triglycerides often have a high total cholesterol, a high LDL (bad) cholesterol and a low HDL (good) cholesterol level. Many people with heart disease also have high triglyceride levels. Several clinical studies have shown that people with above-normal triglyceride levels (greater than or equal to 200 mg/dL) have an increased risk of heart disease. People with diabetes or who are obese are also likely to have high triglycerides. Triglyceride Level Classification Less than 150 mg/dL Normal 150-199 mg/dL Borderline-high 200-499 mg/dL High 500 mg/dL or higher Very high
