Answer this question about Fish Oil?

A scientific study says that Fish Oil can lower triglyceride levels but increases LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol). Does lowering triglyceride levels take priority over LDL cholesterol?

  1. yes your triglycerides are the fatty cell in your blood that cause you to have a heart attack or clogged arteries I have heard of fish oil tablets helping for both. they are both just as important to keep down try going to the Dr to get meds to help you and don't chance the fish oil pills
