- I am giving you a star for this question. I also need answer for this question lol !!!!!!!!!!!
- Cayenne and Garlic...Hawthorne, Ginger, Motherwort....there are more...but the first 2...specifically I have seen work quite well...best used together - also helps with cholesterol. Cayenne is amazing for overall circulation. Blood sugar issues obviously need to be addressed...are you on meds? If not can be handled natually if you are sincere about dietary/lifestyle changes. I'd also drink more water to keep things 'moving' including you blood etc...(dehydration can contribute to higher blood pressures)
- For your blood pressure: Celery, cucumbers or star fruits. You can eat them raw or juiced. No sugar added. You will be surprised for the result. Those natural foods won't harm your kidneys as some drugs did.
- ginger and yellow root..
- Learn about nattokinase, as for arteries iv chelation therapy and oxidation. (iv hydrogen peroxide). p.s. you would be surprised as to the effect that deep breathing and meditation can have on your blood pressure.
- Garlic, raw 2-3 cloves( not the whole thing) twice a day before food, Yoga along with pranayama and meditation for relaxation will help fresh fruits and vegetables and good amount of water.
- celery & cucumber actually *help* the liver & kidneys..beside the point. Unrefined, unprocessed, organic coconut oil is great for lowering blood pressure and for blood sugar problems. An added benefit is weight loss (yes, believe it or not!) and helps thyroid problems.
