Triglycerides

I have dull bodypains especially in evening have triglyceride levels of 688. pls suggest what to be done?

I have dull aching pains all over my body or some sort of body stiffness especially by early evening. Im obese by 10 lbs and have high triglyceride levels of 688. can someone suggest what should be done. Thanks

1. You need to see a doctor about your triglycerides. Are you diabetic? You need to go for a walk in the evening so you get exercise.
