Whats the difference between mixed and simple triglycerides?

2. In simple triglycerides all three fatty acid groups (long hydrocarbon chains) are identical, while in mixed triglycerides, two or three different fatty acids are present in the molecule. Double bonds only affect the degree of saturation.
