I have a high level of Triglycerides (bad cholesterol) and have tried to control it through exercise and supplements (fish oil and flax seed). However my levels are still high. My doctor tells me to stop eating everything I like (meat, dairy, spicy foods). I'm 22, weigh 165 and am 5' 10" and work out at least 3 times a week...if not more. Is there anyone out there thats in the same boat and uses something that controls this type of bad cholesterol?
