Triglycerides

 

The Dr is still not happy with my cholesterol and triglycerides?

My Cholestrtol is 257 and needs to be 2oo My triglcerides are 355 and needs to be below 0-150. what foods would make these stay High? What foods should I be eating to lower it?

  7. Mine IS 200, but the Dr. gives me pills anyway. I don't take them though. I wonder if they know what they think they know.
